Step 1 - Choose your Fitness Level
We offer 3 different fitness level programs for both at home and in the gym workouts- Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced.
THE BEGINNER LEVEL
  • Great if you are completely new or starting back up again!
  • We show you where you should feel it and should not feel it, how to modify the exercise for various purposes and cueing to make it extremely effective.
  • Gives you base level strength by really focusing on and practicing basic movement patterns that are essential to move onto more difficult exercises. This is all about safe progression and not going too fast and too hard too soon!
  • You will have 2 workouts a week consisting of 8 exercises.  You will always perform full body routines, so you can get the best results the fastest!
THE INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
  • This takes everything a step further!  You will be doing more advanced movements and multi-joint exercises.
  • Every exercise in this level also has the explanation videos where you can brush up and revisit how to perform the movements flawlessly.
  • You will have 3 workouts a week consisting of 8 exercises.  Plan on full body routines, with a few upper and lower body days worked in, so you can get the best results the fastest!
THE ADVANCED LEVEL
  • This is for those of you who have been working out consistently, are very physically active, or who have progressed through the different levels of the Kailon Method.
  • This level builds quicker on the staple movement patterns and incorporates various types of difficult exercises.
  • You will have 3 workouts a week consisting of 12 exercises.  Plan on full body routines, with a few upper and lower body split days worked in, so you can get the best results the fastest!

Both our home and gym workouts offer incredibly versatile and challenging exercises that will give you the best results, so you can work out no matter where you are. Both are effective, time-efficient and safe!
Gym
  • The HOME program will utilize dumbbells, a long band, a mini band for around your legs, a mat and a bench/chair or ottoman. *Equipment needed for home workouts are NOT included. If you’re a beginner and need to know what to buy to get started, we have an equipment recommendation section outlining exactly what to order and from where.
  • If you workout in the GYM, there isn’t anything you’ll have to take with you, except your phone with the workouts cued up and ready to go! All of our gym workouts use the equipment that’s already there.
  • You can switch between the home and gym programs, even during the same week!  The workouts mirror each other on the same day.  That way you won’t lose any of the progress you’ve made no matter where you workout!

Once you join the Kailon® Method, you will have access to our massive video library of OVER 500+ DEMONSTRATION AND EXPLANATION VIDEOS!  What separates us apart from everyone else is that every workout has each exercise streamed together in short 30 second snippets to easily follow along with your workout.  Or if you want to brush up on your form and learn modifications for any of the exercises, you also have access to the longer explanation videos for every exercise in the program!

  • We will email you every Monday with a link to your workouts for that week. The best part is you decide your schedule. You choose which days, location and level of difficulty for your workouts!
  • And, if anything ever comes up in your life, and you miss a couple of weeks, you can go back and restart where you left off with our “Rewind” function!

  • We make it easy for you to workout anywhere on any device!  You can access your workouts on your computer, tablet or phone, so whether you’re at home or in the gym it will be ready and waiting for you!
  • We have a simple tutorial on how to navigate the video platform to get you started and on your way!

  • In order to fuel those amazing workouts, you need to energize your body with a healthy nutrient dense diet!
  • Every Saturday you’ll have a meal plan sent right to your inbox delivering highly nutritious recipes that are clean, healthy and delicious! Included in the meal plan are the recipes, shopping list and calorie & macro breakdowns for each meal.
  • We make meal prepping and cooking a breeze!
